Rejuvenation is a three-day, two-night experience full of workshops, cooking, nourishing meals, river swims, fireside jams and conversations.  Our intention is to grow and connect the nutrition community, show participants what is possible, happening, and needed in the nutrition field, and provide networking and hands-on learning opportunities for everyone in attendance.

Your support will be applied toward the following:

  • Purchasing food and snacks for the six meals
  • Purchasing supplies needed for hands-on workshops
  • Purchasing / Renting canopy tents for presentation areas in preparation for likely rain
  • Purchasing / Renting supplies for kitchen including large canopy tent, stock pots, coolers, propane tanks, etc.
  • Purchasing lanterns for area identification and safety

Additionally, the support we receive from you will be used to make the Rejuvenation Retreat a sustainable, annually occurring nutrition retreat in the Pacific Northwest and a rejuvenating experience for all those interested in the power of healing foods, nutrition, and herbs.
